Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Camunda Developer to design, develop, and implement workflow automation solutions using the Camunda BPM platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in business process management (BPM), workflow orchestration, microservices architecture, and Java-based enterprise application development. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to automate and optimize business processes across the organization.

 Hands-on experience with Camunda 7/8

 Strong knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and workflow automation

 Experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices

 API integration and REST services expertise

 Familiarity with Kafka/RabbitMQ, Docker, and Kubernetes

 Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement business workflows using Camunda BPM Platform (Camunda 7 or Camunda 8).

Develop BPMN 2.0 workflows, DMN decision tables, and CMMN models as per business requirements.

Integrate Camunda processes with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and cloud services.

Develop custom Java delegates, external tasks, listeners, and service tasks.

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable workflow solutions.

Design and develop REST APIs and microservices supporting business process automation.

Perform workflow optimization, debugging, performance tuning, and root-cause analysis.

Ensure process governance, security, scalability, and maintainability.

Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to BPM best practices.

Support deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting of workflow solutions across environments.

Create technical documentation, workflow diagrams, and deployment guides.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

Strong experience with Camunda BPM (Camunda 7/8).

Hands-on experience in BPMN 2.0, DMN, and workflow automation.

Proficiency in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.

Development Skills

Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.

Design patterns and enterprise application development.

Version control using Git.

Unit testing and integration testing frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Camunda 8 (Zeebe Engine).

Camunda Certification (Associate Developer or Professional Certification).

Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, or Telecom domains.

Knowledge of Process Mining and Task Mining concepts.

Experience with Observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Splunk.

Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
