The Team
Deloitte’s Technology & Transformation practice can help you uncover and unlock the value buried deep inside vast amounts of data. Our global network provides strategic guidance and implementation services to help companies manage data from disparate sources and convert it into accurate, actionable information that can support fact-driven decision-making and generate an insight-driven advantage. Our practice addresses the continuum of opportunities in business intelligence & visualization, data management, performance management and next-generation analytics and technologies, including big data, cloud, cognitive and machine learning.
We are seeking highly skilled Databricks Data Engineers to join our data modernization team. You will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust data solutions on the Databricks platform. Your experience in data engineering, along with a deep understanding of Databricks, will be instrumental in building solutions to drive data-driven decision-making across a variety of customers.

Role Overview
The Planning Support & PMO role provides end-to-end program planning, governance, and execution support for large-scale initiatives. The role ensures delivery discipline, transparency, and predictable outcomes through effective planning, tracking, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Program Planning & Tracking
- Support program and release planning, including scope, milestones, dependencies, and timelines.
- Maintain integrated plans, roadmaps, and delivery schedules across multiple teams.
- Track progress against plan, identify slippages, and support corrective actions.
Governance & Reporting
- Own program governance cadence, including status reporting, dashboards, and executive updates.
- Track and manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
- Prepare materials for steerco, leadership reviews, and planning forums.
Financial & Resource Management
- Support budget tracking, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Track resource allocation, capacity, and utilization across teams.
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and role alignment activities.
Stakeholder & Coordination Support
- Act as a coordination hub between delivery teams, product, architecture, and leadership.
- Facilitate planning, review, and governance meetings.
- Follow up on actions, decisions, and escalations.
Process & Continuous Improvement
- Define and enforce PMO standards, templates, and best practices.
- Support adoption of Agile / SAFe / Hybrid delivery models.
- Identify opportunities to improve planning accuracy and delivery transparency.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in PMO, program planning, or delivery support roles.
- Hands-on experience with program planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Understanding of Agile, SAFe, and/or Waterfall delivery models.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
Tools & Technologies
- Planning & Tracking: MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally
- Reporting: PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI / Tableau
- Collaboration: Confluence, SharePoint
