The Team
Deloitte’s Engg practice can help you uncover and unlock the value buried deep inside vast amounts of data. Our global network provides strategic guidance and implementation services to help companies manage data from disparate sources and convert it into accurate, actionable information that can support fact-driven decision-making and generate an insight-driven advantage. Our practice addresses the continuum of opportunities in business intelligence & visualization, data management, performance management and next-generation analytics and technologies, including big data, cloud, cognitive and machine learning.
- Manages multiple, concurrent consulting projects of high complexity or strategic in nature.
- Understands the fundamentals of supply chain principles in manufacturing, retail and execution domain.
- Well versed with Azure data services and exposure in buidling and supporting Azure based architectures
- Resolves project issues including budget, timeline, and scope
- Key Project Management traits needed - Stakeholder Management, Conflict negotiations, Risk mitigation, Communication, Responsiveness, Ability to prioritize and get quality work done on time from project team
- Provides regular project communication and status reporting using Smartsheet
- Manages project quality to ensure customer satisfaction and ROI
- Leads project team in the resolution of customer project issues, escalating to appropriate parties as needed
- Collaborates with appropriate client resources on customer's business, organization and culture to strengthen customer relationships
- Identifies project resource requirements and updates appropriate systems to drive forecast and resource needs
- Maintains Customer and Project sites within SharePoint (jCES)
- Coordinates and facilitates system handover to Support Services
- Ensures compliance with client’s Composable Delivery Framework (CDF) methodology on each Consulting project
- Maintain the GPS dashboard for their active projects and manages remedy plan for escalated Consulting projects
