Your work profile

• We are seeking an experienced Manual Testing Lead with 8-10 years of experience to join our QA team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in manual testing practices and a solid understanding of application workflows. Exposure to SAP systems is a plus, especially for validating integrations and business processes in SAP-enabled environments.
  
  
  

Key skills required

• 8-10 years of experience in manual testing
• Experience in enterprise or large-scale application testing preferred

• Analyze business requirements and functional specifications to design detailed test scenarios and test cases.

• Perform manual testing including functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
• Validate end-to-end business workflows across applications.
• Execute test cases, capture results, and ensure requirement traceability.
• Identify, log, and track defects using standard tools (JIRA, HP ALM, etc.).
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Perform data validation and backend testing where required.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production release cycles.
• Participate in test planning, estimation, and status reporting.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and testing best practices.
  
  

• Strong hands-on experience in manual testing with knowledge of STLC and SDLC.
• Experience in test case design, execution, and defect management.
• Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, QC/ALM, TestRail).
• Strong understanding of functional and integration testing.

Technical Skills

• Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge for data validation.
• Understanding of application architecture and workflows.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

SAP (Good-to-Have)

• Basic working knowledge or exposure to:
• SAP ECC / SAP S/4HANA
• Understanding of SAP-integrated business processes
• Exposure to SAP modules (e.g., FI, MM, SD) is an added advantage
  
  

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
