Job Title:  Technology & Transformation - Engineering - Data Analyst - Consultant/Senior Consultant

 Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Data Analyst. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain processes, and the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Proficiency in SQL, Agile methodologies, and tools like JIRA is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supply Chain Expertise:

o  Analyze and optimize supply chain workflows, including business planning, inventory management, production planning, and logistics.

o  Support initiatives focused on improving supply chain visibility and efficiency.

2. Requirements Gathering & Documentation:

o  Work closely with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements specific to manufacturing and supply chain processes.

o  Develop detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and functional specifications to support project goals.

3. Data Analysis & SQL Expertise:

o  Analyze production and supply chain data to provide actionable insights.

o  Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.

o  Collaborate with data engineers and IT teams to ensure accurate data integration across systems.

4. Agile Methodologies:

o  Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

o  Track and manage tasks using JIRA and other project management tools to ensure timely delivery.

5. Stakeholder Collaboration:

o  Serve as the bridge between manufacturing teams, technical teams, and management to align goals and priorities.

o  Present findings, reports, and recommendations to stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Science, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience as a Data/Business Analyst, with a focus on supply chain processes.

• SC knowledge and Business planning experience is a MUST have.

• Proficiency in SQL, with demonstrated experience writing efficient queries and working with large datasets.

• Expertise in documenting BRDs and translating business requirements into technical specifications.

• Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience with JIRA or similar tools.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
