Your work profile:

As a Manager in our Technology & Transformation Team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

• Design, develop and deploy solutions using different tools, design principles and conventions.
• Configure robotics processes and objects using core workflow principles in an efficient way; ensure they are easily maintainable and easy to understand.
• Understand existing processes and facilitate change requirements as part of a structured change control process.
• Solve day to day issues arising while running robotics processes and provide timely resolutions.
• Maintain proper documentation for the solutions, test procedures and scenarios during UAT and Production phase.
• Coordinate with process owners and business to understand the as-is process and design the automation process flow.

Key skills required:

• Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions
• Build and support file-based integrations (e.g., batch processing, SFTP/FTP integrations, file transformation workflows)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and reliable cloud solutions
• Implement and manage event-driven and serverless architectures
• Ensure adherence to cloud security best practices, including identity, access management, and data protection
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner
• Optimize performance, reliability, and cost efficiency of Azure services
• Leverage AI-assisted coding tools (Claude Code & GitHub Copilot) to improve productivity and code quality
• Maintain documentation for integrations, workflows, and system architecture

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Azure Logic Apps
• Azure Functions
• Proven experience in file-based integration patterns
• File ingestion, transformation, validation, and routing
• Experience with formats like XML, JSON, CSV, flat files
• Good understanding of Azure cloud ecosystem
• Solid knowledge of cloud security concepts
• Azure AD, RBAC, Managed Identities
• Data encryption, API security, network security
• Experience working with AI coding assistants:
• Claude Code (preferred)
• GitHub Copilot (mandatory)
• Familiarity with REST APIs, messaging patterns, and integration design principles
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with: Azure Service Bus / Event Grid / Event Hub; API Management (APIM)
• DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions)
• Knowledge of scripting or programming languages (C#, Python, JavaScript)
• Understanding of enterprise integration patterns (EIP)
• Experience in regulated environments with strong security standards

Qualifications:
