We leverage cutting-edge technologies such as Microsoft Azure AI, Semantic Kernel, Google ADK, and modern agent frameworks to build enterprise-grade autonomous systems that transform business processes and unlock new value streams. 

Your work profile 

The Senior Python + GenAI Engineer (Agentic AI) is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable Generative AI and multi-agent solutions for enterprise use cases. 
 
This role involves building production-grade AI systems using modern frameworks, working closely with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact AI solutions, while ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. 

Key skills required: 

• 5+ years of experience in Python-based backend development and system design 

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI / LLM-based application development 

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Semantic Kernel 

• Experience with Azure OpenAI / Azure AI stack 

• Experience with Google Agent Development Kit (ADK) or equivalent 

• Experience building agentic systems / multi-agent workflows 

• Strong experience in FastAPI / API-driven backend development 

• Experience with RAG pipelines and prompt engineering 

• Experience deploying applications on Azure (App Services, AKS, Functions, AI Studio) 

• Strong understanding of microservices architecture 

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Education - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field 

• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex or similar frameworks 

• Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Azure AI Search) 

• Experience building enterprise copilots or autonomous agents 

• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and MLOps 

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes 

• Experience in consulting or product engineering environments 

• Exposure to global delivery teams
