Your work profile

• We are seeking an experienced and versatile consultant to lead and deliver capacity building engagements across the space, geospatial, and emerging-technology ecosystem. This role is suited to someone who can operate at the intersection of advisory, stakeholder engagement, and programme delivery, helping institutions, government bodies, and enterprises strengthen their technical and organisational capabilities.
• The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable shaping strategy, designing training and enablement programmes, and managing delivery on the ground. This is a client-facing role that demands strong communication, structured problem-solving, and the ability to translate complex technical domains into accessible, actionable capacity building initiatives.

Key skills required: 

• Demonstrated experience in management consulting, advisory, capacity building, training, or institutional development, ideally within technology, space, geospatial, or allied sectors.
• Proven ability to lead client engagements and manage stakeholders at senior levels.
• Strong structured problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
• Experience designing and delivering training programmes, workshops, or enablement initiatives.
• Strong written skills for developing proposals, reports, frameworks, and executive-level deliverables.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver high-quality outcomes under deadlines.

• Exposure to the space, earth observation, geospatial, or deep-tech ecosystem and an understanding of its institutional and policy landscape.
• Experience working with government bodies, public sector programmes, or multilateral organisations.
• Familiarity with capacity building methodologies, learning frameworks, and impact assessment approaches.
• Experience with tools such as Power BI, Excel, and modern presentation and collaboration platforms.
• Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams spanning strategy, engineering, data science, and domain experts.
• A consulting mindset that balances strategic rigour with practical, client-ready delivery.
• Willingness to travel and engage directly with clients and stakeholders as needed.

Qualifications

• A postgraduate qualification in a relevant field (management, technology, public policy, geospatial, or related), or equivalent professional experience
