Technology & Transformation -Senior Consultant | Quadient | Bengaluru
• Job requisition ID : 102052
• Location: Bengaluru
• Entity: Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Quadient (Inspire Suite) specialist who can set up, administer, and operate the Quadient platform across environments (DEV/UAT/PROD), with deep hands-on expertise in Inspire Scaler and Inspire Content Manager (ICM) - including workflow orchestration, branching strategies, content/version governance, secure access models, and environment deployments. The role involves tenant/workspace configuration, role-based access management, packaging/deployments, integrations, and production support/performance tuning rather than day-to-day template building in Designer/Interactive. The ideal candidate brings solid experience integrating Quadient with enterprise systems (APIs, S3/file exchange), plus JavaScript, Groovy, AWS, and SQL for surrounding services and data pipelines. (Quadient’s Scaler orchestrates high-volume workflows, while ICM centralizes content/versioning and controlled deployments.)
Key Responsibilities:
•
Provision and administer tenants/workspaces, configure environments (DEV/UAT/PROD), and establish release paths and branching strategies aligned to change management and audit needs.
•
Define and manage role‑based access controls (RBAC), groups, and permissions for users across Designer/Interactive/ICM/Scaler; enforce least‑privilege access and approval workflows for business changes in Interactive/ICM
•
Package, migrate, and deploy applications, content, and configuration across environments using ICM/release packages; maintain configuration consistency and traceability.
•
Configure Scaler workflows for high‑volume, scheduled, or event‑driven processing; set up integrations, triggers, and automation for end‑to‑end orchestration; optimize throughput and reliability.
•
Integrate Quadient solutions with enterprise systems via REST APIs, file exchange (e.g., S3), SFTP, and message‑based pipelines; design robust data ingestion and transformation paths leveraging XML/XSLT/JSON.
•
Collaborate with platform/infra teams to set up secure connectivity, certificates, and logging; align with organizational governance for production operations and audits. (Reflects typical admin responsibilities highlighted in senior roles.) [careers.co...nizant.com]
•
Contribute to CI/CD and automated deployment practices for Quadient applications and assets (release packaging, approvals, environment variables, and rollbacks)
•
Own production readiness, monitoring, and incident response for Scaler/ICM workflows; analyze bottlenecks and tune performance (job concurrency, resource allocation, data pre-processing).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Quadient (Primary)
•
5–8 years total experience with at least 3–5 years hands-on in Quadient Inspire ecosystem.
•
Demonstrated expertise in Inspire Scaler (workflow orchestration, automation, high-volume batch/on-demand processing, integration touchpoints, performance tuning).
•
Strong experience with Inspire Content Manager (ICM) (content repository, versioning, approvals, deployment packaging across environments).
•
Solid understanding of Interactive approval and governance (to support business change without handing over admin rights) and familiarity with Designer assets and their lifecycle—even if not doing day-to-day template creation.
•
Proven capability in tenant/workspace setup, RBAC/access management, environment configuration, and secure deployment practices for Quadient. (Senior lead/admin roles stress these.
Secondar Technical Skills
•
Proficiency with XML/XSLT, JSON, REST APIs, and file‑exchange patterns; ability to design resilient ingestion/egress flows
•
Java, AWS, SQL
