The Engineering as a Service offering delivers end-to-end engineering solutions across design, implementation, and operations using a product engineering mindset. Teams operate through flexible delivery models such as pods, squads, and traditional structures to accelerate transformation.

About the Role

We are hiring experienced professionals from Consultant to Associate Director levels to drive Azure Infrastructure and DevOps transformation initiatives.

Key Expectations (Based on Level)

• Deliver high-quality technical solutions
• Lead cloud transformation programs
• Define architecture and governance standards
• Mentor teams and manage stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

Across All Levels

• Gather and analyze business and technical requirements
• Contribute across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives, estimations)
• Ensure quality through reviews and best practices
• Drive automation, innovation, and continuous improvement

Azure Infrastructure (Manager / Associate Director)

• Lead Azure infrastructure programs and large-scale deployments
• Design and implement Azure Landing Zones
• Define governance frameworks (Management Groups, Policies, Blueprints)
• Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) adoption using Terraform, ARM/Bicep, Ansible
• Oversee cost optimization, scalability, and performance tuning
• Ensure security and compliance (RBAC, Entra ID, encryption, audit logging)
• Establish monitoring and observability using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights
• Mentor teams and manage cross-functional stakeholders

Azure DevOps (Consultant / Senior Consultant)

• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions
• Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code deployments
• Configure auto-scaling and multi-environment setups
• Deploy and manage AKS (Kubernetes), Azure Functions, and App Services
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems

Required Skills

Core Skills (All Levels)

• Strong understanding of Azure core services
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code
• Scripting knowledge (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
• Knowledge of cloud networking and security
• Familiarity with monitoring tools

Advanced Skills (Manager / Associate Director)

• Azure architecture and governance expertise
• Multi-subscription and Landing Zone design
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale cloud programs

DevOps Skills (Consultant Levels)

• CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
• Kubernetes (AKS) and Docker
• Git branching strategies
• Microservices deployment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering
• 4+ years of relevant experience

Preferred Certifications

• Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
• Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400)
