• Practical experience with Voice products and services, including; Cisco, Teams, Zoom, WebEx and SBC’s. Kurmi and Luware experience is an advantage.

• Knowledge of Cloud & DevOps practices and principles with Azure.

• Good foundational understanding of Agile Methodologies, AI/ML for automating operational initiatives and ITIL / Change Management processes.

• Knowledge of core Azure Cloud computing concepts (AZ-900 Certification as a minimum requirement, with AZ-104 certification preferred).

• Knowledge and experience in the following coding languages is desirable: JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, PHP, Phyton, API’s

• Knowledge and experience with the following applications is desirable: Tableau Desktop, Power BI, MS SQL, MySQL, Cisco Call Manager, BT ITS Trading Platform, Verba Voice Recording
