Manager – Finance Transformation | Wealth & Asset Management (Fund Accounting & Reporting)

Experience

8+ years in Wealth & Asset Management, Asset Servicing, or Financial Services Consulting

Role Overview

As a Manager in the FS Consulting practice, you will lead client engagements focused on fund accounting and reporting transformation across traditional and alternative asset classes. You will act as a functional SME, partnering with clients to design and implement technology-enabled operating models, support platform selection, and deliver large-scale transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead fund accounting and reporting transformation initiatives, including NAV calculation and validation frameworks.
• Drive vendor assessment, RFP support, and platform selection for fund accounting and reporting systems.
• Design and deliver Target Operating Models (TOMs) and support platform migration and front-to-back integration.
• Manage client stakeholders, project delivery, and workstream execution within complex FS programs.
• Support system implementation lifecycle including requirements, testing (SIT/UAT), parallel runs, and go-live.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to practice development and proposals.

Required Expertise

• Strong experience in Fund Accounting and Reporting.
• Exposure to traditional and alternative asset classes.
• Hands-on knowledge of fund accounting platforms (e.g., Multifonds, Geneva, Aladdin, SS&C).
• Excellent consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Leads operating model design, system migration, and process re-engineering efforts
• Drives front-to-back integration thinking across business, operations, and technology
• Manages implementation lifecycle (requirements, SIT/UAT, parallel runs, go-live)
• Hands on with preparation of Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs)
• Experience in Change Management and Transformation

Preferred

• Prior Big 4 or consulting experience.
• Exposure to global asset managers or asset servicers.
• Experience supporting regulatory and investor reporting initiatives.
• Qualification - Chartered Accountant (CA)
