Program Management / IT Coordination Specialist
Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to support the planning, coordination, and execution of technology initiatives and IT applications. The role involves stakeholder management, program coordination, operational support, and collaboration with various government departments to ensure successful implementation of projects and digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects and IT applications.
Manage day-to-day advisory and program management activities related to technology initiatives.
Provide implementation support for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Assist in the preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SoPs) and operationalization plans based on industry and governance best practices.
Identify opportunities for enhancement and suggest improvements in existing IT applications and systems.
Draft Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) for augmentation and enhancement of IT applications.
Coordinate with various Departments of the Government of Odisha for project execution, requirement gathering, and implementation support.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely communication among stakeholders.
Support documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements related to technology initiatives.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
Understanding of IT applications, digital transformation initiatives, and project implementation processes.
Experience in drafting Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) and operational documents.
Knowledge of program management methodologies and governance frameworks.
Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with government departments and cross-functional teams.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Management, or related field.
Relevant experience in program management, IT consulting, e-Governance, or technology implementation projects.
Experience working with government organizations/public sector projects will be preferred.
