Your Work Profile

•  Develop project plans for execution of civil works across various areas for a thermal power project
• Plan and generate look-ahead for concreting & other civil works with contractors
• Track contractor resource requirement aligned with meeting construction targets
• Suggest strategies/execution practices to expedite civil works
• Coordination with engineering team for resolution of any construction/ design issues
• Preparation of capex plan for civil works
• Follow up with various contractors for various execution related targets/commitments
• Assistance in monitoring contractor performance

Key Skills Required

• 10-12 years of experience in civil works for large infrastructure projects with minimum 5+ years of managing civil works for a large thermal power project (preferably BTG area or critical structures)
• Candidate should have good written and oral communications / presentation skills
• Early/immediate joiners

Qualifications

• B.Tech (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil)

• Base location: Bhubaneshwar (Project location will be Sigrauli, MP)
