Your work profile
As a practitioner in our HR Transformation Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -
Leadership & Delivery Management:
- Lead and manage the AMS team supporting SAP SuccessFactors post-go-live support as well as AMS Support across global clients.
- Drive end-to-end AMS delivery, ensuring adherence to SLAs, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
- Act as a point of escalation for client issues, providing effective resolution and maintaining strong client relationships.
Financial & Resource Management:
- Own the team’s financials, including revenue booking, cost tracking, margin monitoring, and forecast accuracy.
- Collaborate with engagement team for accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue reporting.
- Ensure optimal resource allocation and utilization across all engagements.
- Track and manage billable hours, non-billable allocations, and internal productivity metrics.
Shift & Capacity Planning:
- Manage and optimize shift schedules to provide seamless support across multiple geographies and time zones.
- Plan for ramp-ups, transitions, and backfills in collaboration with recruitment and HR teams.
- Monitor team bandwidth and proactively identify capacity risks or constraints.
Solution Architecture:
- Provide cross-module SAP SuccessFactors expertise to guide solution design and integration strategies across EC, RCM, ONB, PMGM, LMS, Compensation, and others.
- Review and validate solution approaches proposed by team members and consultants.
- Engage with clients during pre-sales or change requests to present solution options and best practices.
Team Development:
- Mentor and coach team leads, consultants, and support staff to enhance their technical and functional capabilities.
- Drive internal knowledge-sharing initiatives and competency development across the AMS team.
- Participate in performance reviews, skill assessments, and succession planning.
Desired qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR, or related fields.
- Minimum 12+ years of overall experience with at least 7+ years in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Hands-on experience and architectural knowledge in multiple SF modules – EC is mandatory, others such as RCM, ONB, PMGM, LMS, and Compensation highly preferred.
- Proven experience managing large SAP AMS teams in a multi-client environment.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in handling revenue recognition, margin management, and cost optimization.
- Excellent people management and interpersonal communication skills.
- Comfortable working across global time zones and managing 24x7 support environments.
Nice to Have:
- SF Certifications in EC or other modules.
- Prior experience in RFP responses or pre-sales solutioning.
- Exposure to integration tools (like Boomi, CPI) or third-party platforms connected to SAP SF.
Location and way of working
- Base location: PAN India
- This profile involves frequent / occasional travelling to client locations OR this profile does not involve extensive travel for work.
