Your work profile:

• Functional Risk Designee - JD
  •  Review and negotiation of contractual documents such as Engagement letters, NDA, MSA, SOW etc., from a business risk management perspective
  •  Negotiate contracts with the client along with a lawyer
  •  Review of alliance arrangements
  •  Review of RFPs & tenders
  •  Coordinating with the business teams and the Central/ legal teams to ensure clearance of contractual documents.
  •  Conducting QRM review of technology assets, eminence content clearances
  • Handle quality & risk management reviews of engagement delivery and MIS for QRM reporting
  • Facilitate QRM trainings for engagement teams
  • Reviewing vendor onboarding documents as per firm policies

Graduation 

Work experience: Minimum 4 years.
