Job Title:  Assistant Manager | M&A Tax | Chennai | Mergers & Acquisitions (Tax)

Assist in M&A Tax engagements, including tax due diligence, transaction structuring, tax analysis and advisory for acquisitions, divestments, mergers and demergers.

Conduct tax research and prepare transaction-related reports, presentations and client deliverables.

Coordinate with clients and internal teams and manage engagement deliverables and timelines.

Review work performed by junior team members and support business development activities.
