Your work profile

  • Any graduate with min 2 – 3 years of experience in the following areas.
  • Perform daily reconciliation of trades, positions, and cash across internal systems (front-office platforms, books & records, settlement systems).
  • Identify mismatches and breaks; investigate root causes and drive timely resolution.
  • Reconcile across multiple asset classes such as equities, fixed income, derivatives (OTC & listed), FX, and structured products.
  • Manage daily exceptions workflow using reconciliation tools (e.g., TLM, Intellimatch, JSON, Alteryx, or in-house platforms).
  • Work with Front Office, Settlements, and external counterparties to resolve trade discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with internal control standards, regulatory requirements, and audit guidelines.
  • Maintain documented procedures, process maps, and control checklists.
  • Support internal/external audits and risk assessments by providing data and evidence.

 

Key skills required: 

  • Strong understanding of investment banking products:
  • Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Money Markets
  • Listed & OTC Derivatives
  • Repos & Securities Lending
  • Familiarity with reconciliation tools: SmartStream TLM, Intellimatch, or similar systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), with advantage for VBA, SQL, or Alteryx.
  • Good understanding of trade lifecycle, clearing & settlement processes.
