Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional on Automation & Functional Testing to lead large-scale Quality Engineering programs across industries. This role requires a blend of strategic leadership, delivery excellence, sales enablement, financial management, and client engagement. The individual will be responsible for driving growth through RFP responses, solutioning, and overseeing delivery of multi-million-dollar automation and functional testing engagements.
Required Skills & Experience
- 15+ years of experience in IT consulting, with strong exposure to Quality Engineering, Automation, and Functional Testing.
- Proven track record of leading large transformation programs and managing global delivery teams.
- Experience in sales, RFP responses, and solutioning for automation/functional testing engagements.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in managing multi-million-dollar portfolios.
- Deep knowledge of tools like Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Cucumber, Tosca, UFT and next-gen AI/ML test automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, BDD, and CI/CD ecosystems.
- Excellent stakeholder management and CXO-level communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a Big 4 or global consulting environment.
- Exposure to multiple industry domains (BFSI, Healthcare, Energy, Retail, etc.).
