Your work profile

• Lead end-to-end QA automation strategy, planning, and execution across complex enterprise applications.
• Manage automation testing across web, API, and mobile platforms using tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Postman, Rest Assured, and Appium.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication, stakeholder management, and expectation alignment.
• Drive delivery excellence by ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to high-performing QA and automation teams.
• Collaborate with development, business, and infrastructure teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage aligned with business objectives.
• Own resource planning, effort estimation, and risk management for automation projects.
• Ensure adoption of best practices in test automation, CI/CD integration, and test data management

Key skills required

• Strong expertise in automation testing using Java with frameworks such as Cucumber and BDD methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with modern automation tools including Playwright and Selenium.
• Strong experience in API testing using Postman and Rest Assured.
• Solid understanding of backend/database testing.
• Exposure to mobile testing using Appium.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.
• Proven ability to manage large QA programs and distributed teams.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
