Tagetik Associate Director

We are seeking an experienced Tagetik Associate Director with strong expertise in implementing CCH Tagetik solutions across Planning, Financial Consolidation, and IFRS 17. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end implementations, manage client stakeholders, and provide functional and solution leadership across complex finance transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end CCH Tagetik implementations including:
• Financial Planning & Budgeting
• Management Reporting
• Financial Consolidation & Close
• IFRS 17 solution design and deployment
• Act as a solution architect, translating business and regulatory requirements into scalable Tagetik solutions.
• Drive IFRS 17 implementations including:
• Data model design
• Calculation logic
• CSM, RA, LC, and reporting frameworks
• Integration with actuarial and source systems
• Manage and mentor consultants and senior consultants, ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Engage with senior client stakeholders (Finance, Controllership, Risk, Actuarial teams) to provide trusted advisory support.
• Oversee project governance, timelines, risks, and delivery quality.
• Support pre-sales activities, including solution demos, proposal development, and effort estimation.
• Ensure best practices, performance optimization, and compliance with accounting and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, data, and actuarial partners.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–12+ years of experience in EPM / CPM implementations, with significant hands-on experience in CCH Tagetik.
• Proven experience delivering Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Consolidation solutions.
• Strong practical experience in IFRS 17 implementations, preferably for insurance clients.
• Solid understanding of:
• Financial consolidation principles
• IFRS / Accounting standards
• Insurance finance and reporting processes
• Experience in solution design, configuration, and deployment of Tagetik modules.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent client-facing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• CA / CPA / ACCA or equivalent finance qualification.
• Prior consulting experience (Big 4 or EPM consulting firms preferred).
• Experience with integrations, data management, and reporting tools.
• Exposure to cloud-based EPM transformations.
