Your work profile

• We are seeking a skilled Playwright Automation Engineer to join our QA/Engineering team.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automated testing using Playwright and will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our web applications.
• Also, this role requires a blend of strategic leadership, delivery excellence, sales enablement, financial management, and client engagement.
• The individual will be responsible for driving growth through RFP responses, solutioning, and overseeing delivery of multi-million-dollar automation and functional testing engagements.
• Strong experience in Go-To-Market strategy development, including market segmentation, competitive positioning, and sales enablement.
• Proven presales expertise in solutioning, conducting client discovery sessions, managing RFP/RFI processes, and delivering impactful demos and proposals.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive deal closure through strategic insights and customer-focused engagement.

Key skills required

• SKILL: AUTOMATION TESTING - JAVA, PLAYWRIGHT, BDD-Cucumber, API TESTING (POSTMAN/REST ASSURED), DATABASE/BACKEND TESTING
• 12-15 years of experience
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright for web applications.
• Strong expertise of coding and programming skills in Core Java. Should be capable to create utilities and tools on demand
• Strong understanding of quality, testing principles and writing effective test cases.
• Expertise on Backend and Frontend Manual and automation Skills with Tools specified below:
• Experience in Designing and executing API functional/ E2E testing and backend using Rest Assured and postman etc
• Experience in Designing and executing UI Functional/ E2E testing (Web and Responsive) Manual and Automation Testing using Playwright, Maven and TestNG
• Automated Reporting, CI/CD enablement and Excellent Debugging Skills on Cloud infrastructure for Automation and Applications (Logs and Monitoring capabilities) both
• Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, GIT, build processes, testing, and operations
• Should be a first learner and quickly adapt to changes.

 Education

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
