Job Title: Consultant | Application Support | Chennai | Operations, Industry & Domain Solutions
Key Responsibilities:
- Application Integration:
- Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable integration solutions between various software applications, including Electronic Health Records (EHRs), Hospital Information Systems (HIS), Pharmacy Management Systems, and other relevant systems.
- Utilize integration technologies such as APIs (REST, SOAP), message queues and data exchange standards to facilitate seamless data flow between systems.
- Develop and maintain integration interfaces, ensuring data accuracy, security, and timely exchange.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring the smooth and uninterrupted operation of integrated systems.
- ABDM Integration:
- Lead the integration of existing systems and applications with the ABDM platform, ensuring compliance with ABDM standards and specifications.
- Develop and implement data mapping and transformation rules to ensure data consistency and accuracy within the ABDM ecosystem.
- Work closely with ABDM stakeholders and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all relevant guidelines and regulations.
- Healthcare IT Standards:
- Ensure adherence to relevant healthcare IT standards, including HL7, FHIR, and other relevant standards, in all integration projects.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in healthcare interoperability standards and technologies.
- Project Management & Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, system administrators, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from planning and design to testing and deployment.
- Document all integration processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
Qualifications:
- BE/ BTech/BCA/ MCA/ MTech/MBA or equivalent qualification
- 5 + years of experience in application integration, with a strong focus on healthcare IT systems.
- In-depth knowledge of integration technologies, including APIs (REST, SOAP), message queues, and data exchange standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR).
- Experience with healthcare IT standards and regulations.
- Strong understanding of database systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript) and integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Apache Camel).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) framework.
- Experience with cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, HL7).
