Job Title: Consultant | Coordination Expert | Chennai | Operations, Industry & Domain Solutions
Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, including government officials, healthcare providers, IT teams, community leaders, and project partners.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders, ensuring timely information sharing and resolution of any conflicts.
- Organize and conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and consultations.
- Represent the project to stakeholders and effectively communicate project progress, challenges, and successes.
- Project Coordination:
- Track project progress, monitor timelines, and identify potential roadblocks.
- Ensure timely completion of project deliverables and adherence to project plans.
- Coordinate logistics for project activities, including travel arrangements, meeting schedules, and venue bookings.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and presentations.
- Data Management & Reporting:
- Collect, organize, and maintain project data, including stakeholder contact information, project timelines, and key performance indicators.
- Prepare regular reports on project progress and key findings for management and stakeholders.
- Assist in the development of presentations and dashboards to visualize project data and communicate key findings effectively.
- Communication & Reporting:
- Draft and disseminate project communications, including emails, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Maintain clear and concise communication channels with all project stakeholders.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of project progress and challenges.
- Support for Software Application Implementation:
- Assist with the planning and execution of software application implementation activities.
- Coordinate the provision of technical support to end-users.
- Ensure smooth data flow and integration between different systems.
Qualifications:
- BE/ BTech or equivalent qualification
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination, stakeholder management, or a related field.
- Experience working on projects involving government agencies, healthcare providers, or technology implementation is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana), and communication tools (e.g., email, video conferencing).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with digital health or e-government projects.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Experience working in developing countries or with international organizations.
- Proficiency in multiple languages.
