Overview:

As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing web-based applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-performance software solutions that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain applications using Java, JSP, and Servlets.

• Implement and integrate Spring MVC framework for enterprise applications.

• Debug and troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring optimal performance.

• Write and optimize SQL queries, preferably for IBM DB2 databases.

• Collaborate on UI development with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.

• Manage and track support tickets using ServiceNow.

• Prepare comprehensive documentation for system support and operational procedures.

• Communicate with business teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.

• Work independently and take ownership of application development tasks.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Java, JSP, and Servlets for web application development.

• Strong expertise in Spring MVC framework.

• Experience with databases (IBM DB2 preferred) and writing SQL queries.

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools.

• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and documentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
