• Lead large-scale transformation programs for automotive industry clients including OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and mobility ecosystem organizations.
• Drive end-to-end program delivery including planning, execution, governance, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and quality assurance.
• Manage complex consulting, implementation, and managed services engagements ensuring successful delivery outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Lead multi-location, cross-functional teams across business consulting, technology, SAP delivery, and operations functions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to automotive industry stakeholders, aligning business transformation goals with technology-led solutions.
• Define and implement innovative transformation strategies leveraging SAP platforms, digital technologies, automation, analytics, and emerging technologies.
• Drive delivery excellence through strong governance frameworks, KPI tracking, program reporting, and escalation management.
• Collaborate with leadership teams to identify account growth opportunities, drive client expansion strategies, and strengthen long-term partnerships.
• Support business development initiatives including solutioning, proposal development, estimation, and transformation roadmaps for automotive clients.
• Ensure effective coordination across onshore/offshore teams while maintaining delivery timelines, compliance standards, and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to organizational capability building, mentoring teams, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
• Manage stakeholder communication across client leadership, delivery teams, and executive management to ensure alignment and successful execution.
• Willingness to travel domestically for client engagements, governance reviews, and transformation workshops.

Key skills required

• 12–18+ years of experience in program management, delivery leadership, and large-scale transformation engagements within the automotive industry.
• Proven experience leading SAP-driven transformation programs for automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
• Strong understanding of automotive industry business processes including OEM demand planning, sales operations, supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, and dealer ecosystems.
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA and SAP-enabled transformation delivery models.
• Strong delivery governance, program management, stakeholder management, and risk management capabilities.
• Experience managing large cross-functional and geographically distributed teams across consulting and technology functions.
• Ability to define innovative digital transformation solutions leveraging SAP, cloud technologies, automation, and industry best practices.
• Strong client relationship management and account growth experience within automotive sector engagements.
• Experience handling consulting, implementation, and managed services delivery models.
• Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
• Familiarity with Agile, hybrid delivery methodologies, and enterprise transformation frameworks.
