Your work profile.
As an Analyst, Consultant, or Senior Consultant in our Oracle practice, you will be responsible for implementing, developing, upgrading, and supporting the Oracle Retail suite of products. In this role as a Technology Consulting Practitioner, you will advise, lead, and contribute to high-impact activities throughout the systems development lifecycle. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing expert guidance in Oracle Retail consulting, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering Oracle solutions to meet client needs. You will play a key role in driving innovation and creating value for clients through your expertise and consulting capabilities.
Work you’ll do
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Analyst to lead and manage Oracle Cloud projects, focusing on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), custom reporting, and Oracle PaaS solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership skills with deep technical knowledge in Oracle Cloud technologies, ensuring successful delivery of innovative solutions aligned with business objectives.

- . Leadership & Project Management:
- Oversee Oracle Cloud projects, including planning, execution, and delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Lead cross-functional teams comprising technical and functional consultants, ensuring collaboration and alignment with project goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of issues.
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC):
- Architect and manage integrations between Oracle Cloud applications (e.g., ERP, HCM, SCM) and third-party systems using OIC.
- Ensure seamless data flow and process automation by designing efficient and scalable integration solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve OIC-related issues, optimizing performance and reliability.
- Custom Reporting:
- Lead the design and development of custom reports using Oracle reporting tools like OTBI, BI Publisher, and FRS (Financial Reporting Studio).
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and deliver insightful and actionable reports and dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with organizational data governance and reporting standards.
- Oracle PaaS Solutions:
- Drive the design, development, and deployment of custom applications on Oracle PaaS, leveraging tools such as Oracle APEX, Visual Builder, and Java Cloud Service.
- Ensure PaaS solutions align with Oracle best practices, offering robust scalability, security, and performance.
- Manage the development of extensions and customizations for Oracle SaaS applications.
- Innovation & Best Practices:
- Stay updated on Oracle Cloud technologies, introducing innovations and enhancements to improve system efficiency.
- Define and enforce standards, best practices, and governance frameworks for Oracle Cloud implementations.
- Training & Support:
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering skills development in OIC, reporting, and PaaS.
- Provide post-implementation support and ensure high availability of Oracle solutions for business operations.
Preferred skills
- Oracle Cloud certifications in Integration, PaaS, or Reporting.
- Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Knowledge of security standards (e.g., SSO, OAuth) and data governance for Oracle Cloud environments.
- Familiarity with Oracle SaaS modules (ERP, HCM, SCM).
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud technologies, including at least 3 years managing Oracle projects.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including adapters, error handling, and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle reporting tools like OTBI, BI Publisher, and Smart View.
- Proficiency in Oracle PaaS technologies, including Oracle APEX, Visual Builder, and Java Cloud Service.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and deliver complex projects.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
