Role Title: QA / Atuomation Test Engineer| Engineering as a Service/ Operate

Location: Pune & Chennai

We are looking for 3-6 yrs of QA / Automation Test Engineer with strong experience in Java-based test automation, Selenium, API testing, and CI/CD. The candidate will be responsible for designing and executing automated test cases, maintaining scalable test frameworks, validating applications across browsers and environments, and ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Must Have: -

• Strong Java 8+ and OOP concepts
• Selenium WebDriver and Selenium Grid
• TestNG/JUnit and Cucumber/BDD
• API Testing using REST Assured / HTTPClient
• Maven/Gradle
• Git – branching, pull requests, and workflow
• Functional, Regression, Integration & Smoke Testing
• Cross-browser testing using ChromeDriver, GeckoDriver, and EdgeDriver
• Test reporting using Allure / ExtentReports / TestNG Reports
• SQL / Database Testing
• Good understanding of SDLC, STLC & Agile/Scrum

Good-To-Have Skills: -

• Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions
• Docker / Docker Compose
• Kubernetes and Selenium Grid scaling
• Performance monitoring using Lighthouse or similar tools
• AWS/Azure
• Microservices and service-layer testing
• Windows, macOS & Linux command-line proficiency
• BFSI/Banking or Finacle domain experience

Key Responsibilities: -

• Develop and maintain robust Selenium automation frameworks and test scripts.
• Execute functional, regression, API, cross-browser, and end-to-end testing.
• Build and maintain automated test suites using Java, TestNG/JUnit, and Cucumber.
• Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform API and service-layer validation using REST Assured/HTTPClient.
• Generate and maintain detailed test execution reports.
• Identify, document, and track defects and collaborate with development teams.
• Support test execution across multiple browsers, environments, and scalable Selenium Grid   

       setups.

Preferred Qualifications / Good to Have:

• BE/B.tech, ME/M.tech, BCA, MCA, BSC, MSC or relevant experience.
