We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365BC) Functional Consultant in Manager role to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in 3 to 5 end to end D365 Business Central implementations and can lead the implementation team.


Key Responsibilities

Ø Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and validate system releases.

Ø Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central modules, including Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Jobs, and Manufacturing.

Ø Collaborate closely with the product team, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define clear acceptance criteria and business case scenarios, ensuring the delivery of high-quality features.

Ø Troubleshoot integration issues, identify data sync failures, and provide root cause analysis and resolutions.

Ø Collaborate with developers and technical consultants to test new functionalities and third-party integrations.

Ø Understand and participate in the functional design, configuration, and testing of Business Central modules.

Ø Conduct end-to-end system testing, including functional and integration testing, to ensure solution quality.

Ø Plan and execute system upgrades, enhancements, and release management.

Ø Conduct workshops & training sessions for end users.

Ø Aligned with QA process & prepare relevant project documents.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Ø CA or MBA in finance is preferred.

Ø Experience in at least 5 full cycle implementations & support.

Ø 8-12 years of hands-on experience in D365 Business Central.

Ø Should have worked on Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

Ø In-depth understanding of BC modules, including Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, Sales & Service.

Ø Understanding of Business Central architecture, the underlying transactions, and business logic

Ø Support data migration, system upgrades, and new feature deployments as part of ongoing improvement initiatives.

Ø Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and working with cross-functional teams.

Ø Exhibit thoroughness and accuracy in every aspect of your work.

Ø Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
