Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Planning & Execution:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, subject matter experts, IT specialists, and field staff, to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and proactively address any challenges that may arise.
  • Implement and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, healthcare providers, patients, IT teams, and regulatory bodies.
  • Effectively communicate project status, risks, and challenges to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure alignment.
  • IT Software Implementation & Support:
  • Oversee the successful deployment and integration of web-based software applications within the healthcare environment.
  • Work closely with IT teams to ensure smooth system integration, data migration, and ongoing technical support.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
  • Field Level Implementation & Support:
  • Oversee the successful deployment and implementation of digital health applications in field settings, including training and support for end-users (healthcare providers, patients, etc.).
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor implementation progress, gather feedback, and address any challenges faced by field staff.
  • Provide ongoing technical and logistical support to field teams to ensure the smooth operation of the applications.
  • Monitoring & Reporting:
  • Collect, analyze, and report on project progress, key performance indicators, and program outcomes.
  • Prepare regular reports for management and stakeholders, including dashboards and presentations.
  • Utilize data analytics to identify areas for improvement in program design, implementation, and user experience.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure the quality and integrity of data collected through the digital health applications.
  • Implement and maintain quality control processes to minimize errors and ensure data accuracy.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Continuously evaluate and improve project processes and methodologies.
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of digital health programs.

Qualifications:

  • BE/ BTech/BCA/ MCA/ MTech/MBA or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager, with a strong preference for experience in the healthcare or public health sector.
  • Proven experience in managing the full project lifecycle, from planning and execution to implementation and evaluation.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting, including the use of data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. 
  • Experience with digital health technologies and applications is a strong plus.
  • Experience working in field settings and with community-based organizations is highly desirable.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with specific digital health platforms or technologies.
  • Certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP).
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines related to healthcare data privacy and security.
  • Experience with IT software implementation and support.
