Job Title: Manager | ITSM (IT Service Management) | Bengaluru | ETP as a Service/ Operate
· Provide complex and occasionally highly complex financial analysis of payroll costs, statutory deductions, and benefits, leveraging deep understanding of business requirements to guide decisions
· Consult with business and HR leaders to influence strategic decision-making on payroll policies, employee benefits, and cost management
· Forecast payroll expenses, benefits costs, and statutory contributions, supporting broader workforce and financial planning initiatives
· Lead end-to-end payroll initiatives, guiding analysts and ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing across regions or business units
· Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and policy development, and engage in the design and implementation of payroll transformation projects
· Represent the payroll function in cross-regional or cross-functional planning, transformation, and audit activities
· Provide mentoring and guidance to payroll analysts, building capabilities and ensuring high performance in the team
· Deliver insights and reports to senior stakeholders on payroll trends, compliance status, and benefits utilisation
· Ensure compliance with company policies, payroll principles, labour regulations, and statutory reporting requirements across jurisdictions
