Your work profile

Design, configure, implement, and support SAP Extended Warehouse Management solutions that improve inventory accuracy, material flow, warehouse productivity, and operational efficiency. Partner with business users to deliver enhancements, resolve incidents, and ensure reliable day-to-day warehouse operations through effective SAP solution management and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and configure SAP Extended Warehouse Management solutions to support inbound, outbound, inventory, and warehouse execution processes.
• Translate business requirements into scalable SAP functional designs and warehouse process solutions.
• Lead implementation, enhancement, and optimization initiatives across warehouse and logistics operations.
• Collaborate with warehouse, supply chain, logistics, and operations teams to identify improvement opportunities and deliver business value.
• Configure and support inventory management, goods receipt, put-away, picking, packing, replenishment, shipping, and stock transfer processes.
• Ensure SAP warehouse solutions align with business requirements, operational standards, and process governance frameworks.
• Manage solution releases, testing, deployments, and post-go-live support activities.
• Support incident management, root cause analysis, and issue resolution to maintain stable warehouse operations.
• Coordinate with technical teams on integrations, reports, interfaces, workflows, and enhancement requirements.
• Drive data accuracy, inventory integrity, and adoption of SAP best practices.
• Maintain functional documentation, process flows, training materials, and support procedures.
• Monitor system performance and operational KPIs to ensure efficient warehouse execution.
• Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and continuous process improvement.

Required Experience

• 6-10 years of experience in SAP Extended Warehouse Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Inventory Management processes.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience supporting SAP WM and/or SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions.
• Proven experience delivering SAP implementations, enhancements, and production support initiatives.
• Experience working within SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Experience collaborating with business users, warehouse operations teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Information Systems, Operations, or a related field.
• SAP WM, SAP EWM, SAP Logistics, or SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain certifications preferred.
