SAP FICO Manager should have:

Role Overview

We are seeking a Manager SAP FICO to lead finance transformations on S/4HANA. The role spans solution architecture, delivery leadership, and mentoring. Exposure to Public Cloud and Private Cloud is essential. SAP certification is mandatory; MBA graduates will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

·      Lead finance solution architecture: Universal Journal, Material Ledger, CO‑PA, and Group Reporting.

·      Govern statutory compliance, global tax, and period close processes.

·      Own cross‑module finance integration and reporting strategy; advise on clean core and Fiori.

·      Oversee WRICEF, testing, cutover, and hyper‑care; ensure audit readiness.

·      Conduct executive workshops, manage stakeholders, and mentor consultants.

Required Qualifications

·      SAP Certification in FI and/or CO.

·      10+ years SAP experience with 7–8 end‑to‑end implementations.

·      Strong hands‑on S/4HANA FICO and cross‑module integration.

·      Demonstrated experience in Public Cloud and Private Cloud implementations.

Preferred Qualifications

·      MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree.

·      Experience with SAP BTP, Fiori, clean core, Treasury/Tax integrations.

Soft Skills

·      Proven leadership and stakeholder management.

·      Advanced problem‑solving and decision‑making.

·      Ability to manage teams and deliver on timelines.

 

Desired qualifications

  • Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) from premier institutes.
  • Willingness to travel for short and long term durations.
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal).

 

 

Location and way of working

  • Base location: Chennai
  • This profile involves occasional travelling to client locations OR this profile does not involve extensive travel for work.
