Your work profile

1. Define and own the SAP MDG strategy, roadmap, and capability priorities.
2. Lead the implementation, enhancement, and support of SAP MDG solutions across key master data domains.
3. Establish and govern master data processes, policies, standards, workflows, and controls.
4. Partner with business stakeholders to align master data requirements with business objectives and regulatory needs.
5. Ensure data quality, consistency, accuracy, and governance across enterprise master data landscapes.
6. Drive process standardization and adoption of best practices for master data creation, maintenance, approval, and stewardship.
7. Manage demand intake, prioritization, release planning, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support activities.
8. Coordinate with functional, data, integration, analytics, and technology teams to ensure end-to-end data governance alignment.
9. Oversee operational support, incident resolution, service performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
10. Define and monitor KPIs, data quality metrics, compliance measures, and service performance indicators.
11. Lead governance forums and stakeholder discussions to support decision-making and process improvements.
12. Manage vendor and implementation partner relationships where applicable.

Key skills required

• 8–12+ years of experience in SAP master data, data governance, enterprise applications, or business process management.
• 5+ years of experience with SAP MDG solution ownership, implementation, or capability leadership.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise master data governance initiatives and transformation programs.
• Experience managing global stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and operational support environments.
• Experience working with multiple master data domains such as Business Partner, Customer, Vendor, Material, Finance, or Product master data.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Data Management, or a related field.

SAP MDG, SAP S/4HANA, Data Governance, or related SAP certifications preferred.
