Job Title: Manager – SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) & ABAP CDS

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Manager – SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) & ABAP CDS to lead analytics solution design and delivery. The role requires strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Embedded Analytics, CDS Views, and SAP Analytics Cloud, along with the ability to manage teams and drive client engagements in the SAP Analytics space.

Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Design & Architecture

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP Analytics Cloud dashboards, stories, and planning models.
• Architect S/4HANA Embedded Analytics solutions using ABAP CDS Views.
• Design data models and analytical layers for reporting and performance management.
• Ensure alignment with SAP best practices and enterprise data architecture.

2. Development & Implementation

• Develop and optimize ABAP CDS Views (Basic, Composite, Consumption).
• Build SAC stories, models, and KPIs for executive dashboards and operational analytics.
• Integrate SAC with S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, or Datasphere.
• Ensure performance optimization of CDS views and SAC reports.

3. Stakeholder & Client Management

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements.
• Conduct workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution demonstrations.
• Provide strategic advisory on SAP Analytics roadmap.

4. Team Leadership

• Manage and mentor a team of SAC developers and CDS consultants.
• Guide team members on best practices in analytics development and design.
• Support recruitment and capability development for the SAP Analytics practice.

5. Delivery & Governance

• Ensure quality delivery across project phases including design, build, testing, and deployment.
• Manage UAT cycles, performance testing, and go-live activities.
• Maintain project documentation and governance standards.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in SAP Analytics Cloud (Stories, Models, Planning, Data Actions).
• Hands-on expertise in ABAP CDS Views and S/4HANA Embedded Analytics.
• Experience in OData services and analytical queries.
• Knowledge of SAP BW/4HANA or SAP Datasphere is preferred.
• Experience with KPI design, dashboard development, and data modeling.
• Understanding of SAP Fiori analytical apps.

Experience

• 10–14 years of overall SAP experience
• Minimum 4–6 years in SAP Analytics Cloud
• Minimum 4+ years in ABAP CDS / S4 Embedded Analytics
