- Lead business planning activities including data analysis, forecasting, scenario modelling, and preparation of actionable strategic plans for transport operations.
- Develop and manage GIS databases, ensuring accurate spatial mapping of routes, depots, infrastructure, and service coverage.
- Conduct spatial analysis to support decision-making on route optimisation, fleet deployment, accessibility, and demand assessment.
- Prepare dashboards, maps, and analytical reports integrating operational, financial, and spatial data for senior management review.
- Support feasibility studies using GIS inputs and business planning insights for new corridors, e-bus routes, infrastructure upgrades, and depot planning.
- Coordinate with technical teams & STUs to collect, validate, and integrate geospatial datasets and operational information.
- Ensure data accuracy and standardisation, including GPS data cleaning, route digitisation, and mapping of transport assets.
- Provide insights for policy, investment, and service improvement using business intelligence and GIS tools (Power BI, QGIS/ArcGIS).
- Support monitoring & evaluation frameworks by mapping KPIs, performance indicators, and spatial trends.
- Build capacity within departments/STUs on GIS usage, data-driven planning, and analytical tools.
