Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2 / L3 support for SAP SD module in AMS/Operate engagement
- Handle incident, service requests, and problem management within SLA
- Analyze and resolve issues related to:
- Order Management
- Pricing
- Billing & Invoicing
- Credit Management
- Delivery & Shipping
- Returns process
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend permanent fixes
- Support month-end activities and critical business cycles
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (MM, FI, WM/EWM, PP)
- Work on minor enhancements, configuration changes, and testing
- Prepare functional specifications for developments
- Support integration areas (EDI, IDocs, Interfaces)
- Participate in client meetings and provide status updates
