Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant specializing in Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) Data Integration. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing complex data integration solutions using IICS. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate business requirements into scalable technical designs, lead development efforts, and ensure quality deliverables while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of robust data integration solutions using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) — including Cloud Data Integration (CDI), Cloud Application Integration (CAI), and Informatica Cloud Real-Time (ICRT).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and analyze complex requirements and translate them into scalable technical architectures.
• Develop and maintain complex mappings, workflows, and data pipelines integrating multiple source systems into cloud and on-premise targets such as Vertica.
• Drive system maintenance, upgrades, performance tuning, and troubleshooting efforts.
• Participate actively in testing phases including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring high quality and accuracy of deliverables.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants and developers on best practices and coding standards.
• Establish strong working relationships with client teams, ensuring effective communication and timely delivery of solutions.
• Uphold confidentiality, company values, and ethical standards in all client and internal interactions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Provide expert-level support during production issues and act as a point of escalation.
• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to current processes and systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of overall experience in data integration with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).
• Strong expertise in Cloud Data Integration (CDI), Cloud Application Integration (CAI), and Informatica Cloud Real-Time (ICRT).
• Proven ability to design and implement complex data mappings and workflows.
• Experience working with cloud platforms and modern data warehouses, preferably Vertica.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL best practices, and integration patterns.
• Proficient in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing integration jobs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated customer service skills and the ability to foster positive client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
