Overview:

As a Java Technical Lead, you will lead the development and enhancement of enterprise-level applications. You will oversee technical design, ensure best practices, and provide guidance to the development team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of Java, JSP, and Servlets-based applications.

• Architect and implement solutions using Spring MVC framework.

• Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and review their code.

• Optimize database performance and write efficient SQL queries for IBM DB2.

• Ensure seamless integration of UI components with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.

• Monitor and manage ServiceNow tickets for incident resolution and task tracking.

• Create detailed technical documentation for future reference and troubleshooting.

• Collaborate with business teams to align development with organizational goals.

• Drive application performance improvements and scalability enhancements.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in Java, JSP, and Servlets.

• In-depth knowledge of Spring MVC framework.

• Proven expertise in database management (IBM DB2 preferred) and SQL query optimization.

• Experience in frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery).

• Proficiency with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools.

• Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.

• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
