Strong experience in SAP APO SPP (Service Parts Planning).
Hands-on support for forecasting, inventory, and service parts planning.
Good knowledge of automotive service parts supply chain.
Experience handling custom APO/SPP developments (Z-reports, enhancements).
Ability to analyze and fix planning run and batch job issues.
Knowledge of ECC/S4 ↔ APO CIF integration and error resolution.
Experience in production support (L2/L3) environments.
Capability to perform root cause analysis and provide permanent fixes.
Coordination with BASIS, ABAP, and business teams.
Prior experience with Ford or similar OEMs is a plus.
Education: Bachelor or evivalent
