Cards Business Analyst
Cards business analyst is responsible for working with the bank’s business and IT teams to deliver solutions for credit card processing and operations. He/she will gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements, design and test solutions, and coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure successful implementation and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit and document business and technical requirements for card related projects and enhancements using various techniques
- Translate business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications
- Work with the IT teams and vendors to design, develop, test, and deploy solutions that meet the business needs and comply with the industry standards and regulations
- Manage and monitor the credit card systems and applications performance, availability, and security, and escalate any incidents or risks as needed
- Communicate and collaborate with the business and IT teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure the alignment and delivery of the credit card solutions
- Experience in working with credit card processing platforms and vendors
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and problem-solving skills
