Your work profile:
The Associate Director will be responsible Data Engineering and AI Transformation Leader with extensive experience in driving enterprise-scale data initiatives across financial services and retail industries. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of leading data engineering, ETL modernization, cloud transformation, AI/Deep Learning implementations, and regulatory data platform programs, delivering strategic and operational excellence across complex global environments.
Key skills required
- 13+ years of experience in ETL modernization, Cloud transformation, AI/Deep Learning initiatives.
- Enterprise Data Architecture, Cloud Transformation & ETL Modernization, Data Governance & Regulatory Data.
- Global Team Leadership and Executive Stakeholder Management, Delivery Governance & Road mapping
