Key Job Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and optimize Machine Learning and Deep Learning models for predictive and prescriptive analytics.
• Apply advanced statistical techniques for hypothesis testing, feature engineering, and experimental design.
• Design and implement Generative AI solutions (RAG pipelines, LLM fine-tuning, embeddings, prompt engineering) to solve domain-specific challenges.
• Work with structured and unstructured data (text, images, etc.) to derive actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, business) to integrate models into scalable systems.
• Automate data workflows, improve pipelines, and ensure high-quality data for modeling.
• Communicate findings effectively through dashboards, reports, and presentations.

Desired qualifications

• Strong foundation in Statistics, Probability, and Linear Algebra.
• Hands-on experience with Python, and ML libraries such as scikit-learn, Langchain, and Langgraph.
• Practical knowledge of Generative AI (LLMs, LangChain, Hugging Face, vector databases, prompt engineering).
• Expertise in Traditional ML algorithms (Regression, Decision Trees, Random Forest, XGBoost, Clustering, NLP methods).
• Experience in working with large datasets, SQL/NoSQL databases, and data preprocessing.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure) and deployment frameworks (Docker, Kubernetes, FastAPI, Flask).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
