Your work profile

• As an Automation Engineer, you will design, implement, and maintain automation frameworks and test cases for various applications and services. Y
• Your role will involve utilizing Playwright using Java/Typescript and API Automation. You will collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Automation Testing: Perform automation testing using one or more tools such as Playwright with Java/Typescript
• API Test Automation: Design and implement automated tests for APIs to ensure functionality, reliability, and performance - Rest Assured and Karate
• Analyze requirements and create detailed test plans.
• Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks (Playwright).
• Automate test cases for functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform testing for Web UI, APIs, Web Services, Mobile Apps, and Salesforce applications.
• Manage test data and generate comprehensive reports.
• Troubleshoot automation issues and mentor junior team members.

 Key skills required

• 5 to 10 years of experience in automation testing with expertise in Playwright UI and API automation
• Automation Tools: Playwright, Cucumber.
• Programming: Java, JavaScript (or similar).

• Database: Postgres, Snowflake; strong SQL skills.

• Cloud: AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda) for test automation.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
