As a consultant in our Cyber: Identity Team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -
· Assist to architect, design, and implement large-scale identity and access management (IAM) solutions
· Assisting business development by assisting in RFP, sales processes
· Interact with clients , including working with client teams in an onsite and offshore delivery model
· Contribute to requirements gathering, design documentation by conducting workshops in onsite/offshore delivery model
· Customize, configure and develop IAM solution integrations using requirements and design
· Explore new IAM technologies with guidance from team leads
· Raise technical risks and assist in process compliance activities
· Assist with creation and review of technical documents
· Work on IAM strategy engagements (IAM road map, vendor selection, etc.)
· Mentor junior resources and explore new IAM technologies. Led smaller team and development of modules.
· Help with business development by assisting in request for proposal and sales processes
· Assist in process compliance activities by identifying and driving initiatives that are relevant for the project delivery and help factor reusability and related benefits
Desired qualifications
· Candidate should have overall 6+ years of experience in implementing Identity and access management projects in any one of the IAM product suite (SailPoint, Saviynt, IBM, Oracle, Microsoft, CyberArk, Beyond Trust, CA, OKTA, Ping Identity)
· Experience in carrying out application integrations with the IAM solution dealing with provisioning (e.g. workflows), single sign-on (WIA, Forms, HTTP) and PKI concepts
· Understanding of user lifecycle management process
· Understanding of Federation concepts like SAML 2.0, WS-FED, OpenID
· Understanding of the concepts of access certification, SoD, etc
· Understanding of integrations with Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions
· Understanding of business requirements, analysis and basic technical documentation skills and understanding of SDLC processes. Good to have knowledge and implementation of Web-services based utilities.
· Experience of integrating a variety of user repositories, including databases, LDAP Servers, Microsoft Active Directory and enterprise services such as HR systems application servers, SAP, PeopleSoft, SaaS solutions etc.
· Experience in development, configuration of standard or custom IAM integrations using Java, JavaScript, .Net or other major scripting languages.
· Willing to explore new and emerging IAM technologies.
