Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Teamcenter Migration Expert with 3-6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing the migration of data and configurations within Siemens Teamcenter environments. This role requires deep expertise in Teamcenter architecture, data migration tools, and best practices to ensure seamless transitions with minimal disruption.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Lead and execute Teamcenter migration projects involving data and configurations between different Teamcenter versions or environments.

·      Analyze source and target Teamcenter systems to assess migration requirements and identify potential challenges.

·      Develop and implement migration strategies, plans, and timelines.

·      Perform data validation and integrity checks post-migration to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PLM administrators, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth migration and minimal downtime.

·      Troubleshoot and resolve migration issues, including performance bottlenecks and data discrepancies.

·      Document migration procedures, configurations, and post-migration support plans.

·      Provide post-migration support and training to end-users and technical teams.

Required Skills :

·      Strong knowledge of Teamcenter architecture, data models, and customization.

·      Proficiency in using Teamcenter Migration Toolkit and related tools.

·      Experience with SQL and database management related to Teamcenter data.

·      Understanding of PLM concepts and data structures.

·      Ability to analyze complex data sets and perform data mapping.

·      Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

·      Good communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

·      Experience with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, TCL, or Python) is a plus.

·      Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies is a bonus.

Qualifications :

·      Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

·      3-6 years of hands-on experience with Siemens Teamcenter, specifically in migration projects.
