Job Title:  Consultant | Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) | Coimbatore | Engineering | Data Moderni

Provide L2/L3 production support for IICS interfaces and integration processes.

Monitor scheduled jobs and proactively identify failures or performance issues.

Analyze and resolve incidents related to failed jobs, data issues, connectivity, file transfers, and application integrations.

Perform RCA and corrective/preventive actions for recurring production issues.

Execute job re-runs, data reconciliation, validation, and recovery activities as required.

Support critical and high-priority incidents within defined SLAs.

Coordinate with application, infrastructure, database, network, and business teams for issue resolution.

Participate in production deployment, validation, and post-deployment support activities.

Maintain incident, problem, and change-management documentation.
