Your work profile

  • Assist in developing visuals such as icons, infographics, illustrations, presentation slides, and simple video elements.
  • Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and deliver appropriate design solutions.
  • Work within existing brand guidelines while bringing fresh and innovative ideas to client-facing deliverables.
  • Support the maintenance of creative assets including template libraries, project files, and visual style guides.
  • Adapt visual assets for multi-platform delivery including presentations, e-learning tools, internal campaigns, and basic UI/UX mock-ups for learning microsites.
  • Maintain organized file structures, version control, and documentation of design assets.
  • Work closely with the Advisory Creative team to ensure alignment on brand, visual direction, and quality standards.
  • Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions for creative problem-solving.
  • Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Contribute to internal design quality reviews and actively participate in feedback sessions.
  • Engage in learning opportunities to strengthen your skills and contribute more effectively to the team.
  • Work with your designated line manager or coach to advance career development goals.

 

Key skills required

  • Educational qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s / PGDM in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, or related discipline.
  • 0 to 3 years of professional work experience.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Hands-on experience with motion graphics and video editing using tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro or Vyond.
  • Working knowledge of PowerPoint for template and presentation design.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to multi-task.
  • Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate
  • Exposure to tools like Adobe Express, Adobe Firefly, Canva etc.
  • Interest in UI/UX design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
