The Team
Deloitte’s Creative Design team is responsible for designing and planning the implementation of visual materials such as illustrations, photography, typography, space, layouts, and color. We apply industry-leading design methodologies and leverage technology to develop scalable and engaging visual content that supports our clients' transformation journeys. Work you’ll do.

As a Senior Analyst, you will:

  • Lead the creation of visual materials such as infographics, illustrations, videos, logos, and branding collateral to support client learning and change initiatives.
  • Translate business requirements into engaging design deliverables across print, digital, and multimedia platforms.
  • Collaborate with project teams to gather design requirements and establish creative direction aligned to client branding and user preferences.
  • Ensure consistency and quality across deliverables, adhering to best practices in visual communication and design.
  • Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and quality assurance.
  • Maintain organized documentation for all creative assets, including source files and usage guidelines.
  • Stay updated with emerging design tools and trends to continually bring innovation to your work.
  • Engage in feedback sessions with stakeholders to refine visual designs based on actual usage insights.
  • Work closely with developers, instructional designers, and UX/UI professionals to ensure visual designs are integrated seamlessly within digital platforms. 

Skills Required:

Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s / PGDM in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, Fine Arts or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a visual design, communication design, or media development role.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of visual design skills across digital and print media.
  • Prior exposure and/or experience in Corporate Branding, Communication, and employee engagement.
  • Impeccable attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task.

Good to Have:

  • Familiarity with LMS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, SABA, Workday Learning, Cornerstone) to align visual design with learning delivery requirements.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, CorelDRAW) is a must.
  • Proficiency in motion graphics and basic video editing (e.g., using After Effects or Premiere Pro) is highly desirable.
  • Experience with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Vyond, or Camtasia is an added advantage

Location and way of working

  • Base location: Coimbatore
  • This profile involves frequent / occasional travelling to client locations OR this profile does not involve extensive travel for work.
  • Hybrid is our default way of working. Each domain has customised the hybrid approach to their unique needs.
