Work you’ll do.
As a Senior Lead, you will oversee the performance, development, engagement, and delivery of a cohort of practitioners in the Organizational Change Management (CM) Operate team. You will ensure operational excellence across service delivery, risk mitigation, team performance, and client satisfaction, while fostering a high-performing and engaged team culture.
Your Prime Responsibilities:
Client Delivery, Coordination and Quality Control
· Deliver complex change management requirements on client engagements by individually liaising with the advisory team and ensure follow through in a timely manner and in accordance with the stated expectations.
· Coordinate with the delivery leadership to set standards on delivery and implement quality measures in line with industry best practices.
· Ensure team deliverables (content, visual design, training delivery) are executed in accordance with the agreed internal service levels
· Provide coaching and support to team members in the application of change management methodologies and delivery standards effectively.
· Collaborate with capability leaders to identify upskilling needs and facilitate structured learning journeys.
Sustainable Business Growth
· Ensure that delivery meets the relevant performance metrics while supporting the growth of the team.
· Assist on Operate-related RFPs to help drive business growth.
· Propose and lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive productivity.
Operational and Service Delivery Management
· Monitor team's daily deliverables, ensuring adherence to defined quality standards, SLAs, and project expectations.
· Manage day-to-day team operations including resource allocation, deployment, and role alignment.
· Track and report operational KPIs (utilization, delivery timelines, retention rates, productivity, feedback cycles) and identify improvement areas.
Risk Management and Escalation Handling
· Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate delivery risks across the team's portfolio.
· Lead timely escalation management by coordinating with leadership, delivery managers, and relevant internal stakeholders.
· Maintain a structured tracker for team escalations, performance concerns, and resolution actions.
Stakeholder and Client Management
· Act as a liaison between the advisory teams, leadership, and client stakeholders to ensure alignment on deliverables and expectations.
· Drive client satisfaction by supporting high-quality delivery and addressing feedback swiftly.
· Represent the team's needs, challenges, and success stories during leadership connects and business reviews.
Team Leadership and Talent Development
· Act as a coach, mentor, and performance manager for a cohort of 15–25 practitioners.
· Lead performance review cycles by gathering feedback, conducting evaluations, and facilitating discussions.
· Monitor practitioner well-being, career goals, learning milestones, and engagement levels through structured 1:1s.
· Foster a culture of feedback, DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion), psychological safety, and recognition.
· Support succession planning by identifying and nurturing high-potential talent.
People Engagement and Enablement
· Drive engagement through team connects, learning forums, peer learning initiatives, and inclusive recognition programs.
· Lead new joiner onboarding and integration planning, ensuring smooth transitions into the team.
· Promote adoption of innovation, automation, and process optimization in people operations.
· Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to onboarding, enablement, learning, and career progression.
Skills Required:
Must Have:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR, Engineering, Arts, Mass Communication, Journalism, English or a related field.
· 8-10 years of professional experience in the Learning, Organizational Change Management, or Communications domain.
· At least 3 years of formal team or people management experience, ideally in a professional services or consulting environment.
· Experience leading Learning or Communications programs with exposure to the organizational change (e.g., stakeholder engagement, project management, employee engagement, training delivery, and change adoption.
· Proficient inbusiness change adoption,strategic implementation, stakeholder management, and performance coaching.
· Strong financial acumen with ability to manage budgets, optimize resource deployment, and track profitability against delivery metrics.
· Advanced project management skills: planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery oversight.
· Extensive experience managing team performance, development conversations, and engagement strategies.
· Proven skills in escalation handling, risk mitigation, and SLA adherence.
· Strong stakeholder and client relationship management skills.
· Data analysis capabilities to drive informed operational decisions.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams).
Good to Have:
· Experience supporting business development efforts (e.g., responding to RFPs, proposal support).
· Certifications such as Prosci Change Management (e.g., ADKAR model), PMP/CAPM, Power BI/Tableau.
· Skills in advanced statistical analysis and dashboarding using BI tools.
· Experience with survey platforms (Qualtrics, MS Forms, SurveyMonkey).
· SharePoint site administration and collaboration tools proficiency.
Technical Skills
· Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
· Experience with workforce tracking tools (e.g., SuccessFactors, Power BI, Microsoft Project, etc.).
· Familiarity with performance management and professional development frameworks.
· Exposure to learning platforms (e.g., Degreed, Workday Learning), collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams, Miro), and internal knowledge repositories.
· Hands-on experience with business intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).
· Experience managing onboarding programs and employee experience initiatives is an added advantage.
